Social Prescriber

On Wednesday 4th December the social prescribing team held an event in surgery.

The service can offer a lifeline to any patient of Cumberland House Surgery who is finding everyday life a struggle or just to fill time.

You can self refer to the service, just ask at reception or your doctor may suggest it to you.

You can attend Hammer Time DIY, Gardening Group or Cookery Class or volunteer as a Shopping Service Volunteer
