If you need the support of an interpreter to support you during your appointment please let us know when you book the appointment.
We currently use the services of DA Languages for remote translation and interpretation
Support to users of British Sign Language
Support is also available for users of British Sign Language ( BSL) via our partnership with Signalise
Crisis support for British Sign Language Users
If you need help in crisis with issues such as suicidal thoughts, abuse or assault, self-harm, bullying, relationship issues;
1. Make an appt with your GP
2. NHS 111 textphone and call 18001 111 or call 111 using SignVideo app
3. Go to local hospital or A&E
4. Text DEAF to 85258 for immediate support Crisis Support Service SHOUT
