Repeat Prescriptions

To order your prescription via Patient Access, please select the link above.  You can also sign up to the new , user friendly, NHS App   which makes ordering prescriptions and making appointments hassle free, as you don't have to complete any paperwork at the practice !

If you are on regular medication this can be requested in person at the surgery or by post if you enclose a SAE.

Repeat prescriptions may also be ordered online via the link at the top of this page or by email ( 

New users to the Patient Access system are required to contact the practice reception, in person, and request to be signed up to Patient Access which also allows you to order your prescriptions via your own profile and log in.   However, if you wish to only access appointments or order medication, you may find signing up to the NHS App much easier

We regret that we cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions as this can lead to errors and may block the telephone for other patients.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or our Clinical Pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

If you have any queries on your medication , or would like a review before your annual review, please contact the practice and make an appointment with Mark Thornton-Jones, our Clinical Pharmacist. 

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
