Breast and Bowel screening

BREAST SCREENING

Breast screening is changing the way it recalls patients.  They now send eligible women 'open invitations' which means rather than receiving an invitation which gives a date and time for a screening appointment.  Therefore it is imperative that on receipt of the invitation you contact the telephone number and make an appointment for screening.  The screening department can be contacted on 0151 282 6920/6921

We receive a list of patients who fail to opt into the screening , and then we will make contact with you personally to encourage screening.  If you receive a letter and already have an appointment please disregard.
