To order your prescription via Patient Access, please select the link above.
If you are on regular medication this can be requested in person at the surgery or by post if you enclose a SAE.
Repeat prescriptions may also be ordered online via the link at the top of this page or by email (GP.N84005@nhs.net).
New users to the online system are required to contact the practice reception, in person, and request to be signed up to Patient Access which also allows you to order your prescriptions via your own profile and log in.
We regret that we cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions as this can lead to errors and may block the telephone for other patients.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
Patients Travelling Abroad
Please click here for information about prescribing medication for patients living or travelling abroad or otherwise absent from the UK.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
